I was doing some cleaning....right! and came across this recipe that I had not added. This can be done with any of the flavored gelatins.

List of Ingredients

Strawberry Whip Pie

2/3 cup boiling water
1, 3 ounce package strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
ice cubes
1, 8 ounce tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
1, 9 inch crust

Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water, approximately
2 minutes.
Mix ice and cold water to measure 1 cup.
Stir into gelatin until ice is melted.
Whisk in topping until smooth.
Refrigerate 15 to 20 miunutes, until thick.
Then spoon into the crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Makes 1 pie.
