4 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/4 lb. each
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup chilli sauce
Arrange pork chops in a shallow dish. Pour dressing over top and marinate 15
minutes. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Season both sides
of pork with salt and pepper to taste. Preheat grill machine. Transfer pork
chops to hot grill. Close cover and cook 4-7 minutes, depending on thickness
of chops. (If thinner chops, cook less; if bone-in, cook longer.) Serve with
chilli sauce.
