3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. canola oil
4 hamburger buns
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix
thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Preheat grill machine. Brush oil over both
grilling surfaces. Arrange hamburgers on hot grill, in batches if necessary.
Close cover and cook about 4 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink inside
patties are cooked thoroughly. Place burgers on buns and serve with your
favorite condiments.
