    SandwichMaker - Bacon Cheese Cornbread

    5 ounces corn muffin mix
    1 egg
    3-1/2 Tbs. milk
    2-3/4 slices cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
    3-1/2 Tbs. shredded cheddar cheese
    Preheat snack machine. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 5
    minutes. Stir in cooked bacon and cheese. Spoon a portion of batter into a
    lightly oiled or buttered snack machine. Close cover and cook 5 minutes, or
    until browned and cooked throughout.
