SandwichMaker - Bacon, Tomato + Cheese Sandwich

1 c. shredded cheese, (4oz.), your choice which kind
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash pepper
2 tbsp. sour cream
3 slices cook crisp + crumbled bacon
4 slices bread, buttered on one side
2 slices fresh tomato


Recipe

Heat the sandwich machine.
Beat together the cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper until fluffy.
Blend in the sour cream and the bacon bits.
Spread 2 tbsp. on the unbuttered sides of each slice of bread.
Place the tomato on top of two of the slices and top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Place in sandwich machine and cook for 5 - 7 minutes, until golden brown.
Makes 2 servings.
