1/4 cup Grated carrot
1/4 cup Diced green pepper
1/4 cup Diced green beans
1/4 cup Diced cabbage
1/4 cup Diced water chestnuts
1/2 cup Bean sprouts
1/2 cup Diced cooked beef chicken turkey or shrimp
1 1/3 tbsp Sesame oil
1/4 tsp Mustard powder
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Tortilla Wrappers
Stir-fry or saute all ingredients in a wok or frying pan. Veggies should remain crisp.
Fill each wrapper with 3-4 T of mixture.
Cook for approximately 3 min.
These are great heated up the next day in the microwave.
