8 slices rye bread
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. unsalted butter
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. cooked corned beef, sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Preheat snack machine. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place in snack machine, buttered side down. Top with sauerkraut, corned beef
and cheese. Cover with other slice of bread, buttered side up. Close cover
and cook 3-5 minutes, or until browned. Serve with dressing.
