List of Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light


Recipe

Coat the sandwich/waffle maker with non stick cooking spray and preheat.
Stir together the flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar and baking powder. Set aside.
Beat the egg and milk together.
Add the cornmeal mixture and blend together well.
Stir in the butter light.
Use about 3/4 c. of batter and cook in the sandwich/waffle maker just as long as you do regular waffles. Check for doneness after about 5 minutes.
Makes 4 batches or 16 triangles.
