Goes great with some tater tots or seasoned french fries!
Chili Dog Casserole, w/buns
4 hot dog buns
8 hot dogs, sliced into bite size pieces
1/4 cup diced onion
2 Tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1, 15 ounce can chili, with or without beans
1, 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Open buns.
Place open side up, in the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 pan.
Place sliced hot dogs evenly on top of buns.
Mix onion, mustard, chili and tomato sauce together.
Spread evenly on top of the hot dogs.
Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
