Creamy Dog + Noodle Casserole

6 ounces elbow macaroni
1, 16 ounce package frankfurters/hot dogs
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cook and drain macaroni al dente to package directions.
Add hot dogs to macaroni. Add other ingredients in order
listed. Pour mixture into 2 quart casserole. Bake for 1
hour at 375 degrees F.
