Another Italian Ice Recipe

List of Ingredients
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 21oz. can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc)
1 qt. cream
1 14oz. can Eagle Brand milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extractRecipe
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick.
Scald milk and slowly pour into egg mixture, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
Cool.
Chop canned fruit.
Combine fruit with egg mixture and all remaining ingredients.
Freeze in ice cream maker or container that will hold 1 gallon.
