List of Ingredients




1 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 12oz. can evaporated milk
1 12oz. can condensed milk
1 16oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Recipe



Gradually add the sugar to the eggs, whisking together thoroughly.
Add the flour, evaporated and condensed milks, and syrup. Whisk together
thoroughly.
Cook in a double boiler until it coats the spoon. Let cool down.
Pour into a freezing can, add the marshmallows and finish filling the can
with some whole milk. Stir slightly and then freeze.
Not sure if this makes 1 1/2 quarts or 1 gallon....(both were listed on the
board with the recipe.)
