Coconut Creamsicle Ice Cream Bars

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. white granulated sugar
1/2 c. flaked coconut
3 c. softened vanilla ice cream
3 c. softened orange sherbetRecipe
Melt the butter in a heavy frying pan using a medium heat.
Stir in the flour, sugar and the coconut.
Cook for 4 - 5 minutes, stirring constantly, or until a medium golden brown.
Spoon into a 9" square pan.
Using the back of the spoon, press firmly to form a crust. Let cool completely.
Use a large bowl and stir gently to swirl the vanilla ice cream and the orange sherbet together.
Carefully spread onto the cooled crust.
Cover and freeze for 3 - 4 hours or until firm.
Cut into 9 servings.
