    Snickers Ice Cream Cake

    1 13oz. bag Snickers miniatures candy bars
    2 quarts vanilla ice cream
    2 c. finely ground chocolate or honey graham cracker crumbs
    6 tbsp. melted butter

    Recipe



    Use a medium bowl to mix the crumbs with the butter, until well blended.
    Pat the mixture onto the bottom and sides of a 9" spring form pan.
    Freeze for 10 - 15 minutes.
    Chop 12 of the miniature candy bars into small chunks and set aside to be used for the topping.
    Place the ice cream into a large bowl and allow to soften slightly.
    Coarsely grind 24 of the miniature candy bars in a blender/food processor.
    Add the broken candy to the softened ice cream. Mix thoroughly.
    Scoop the ice cream mixture into the graham cracker crust and flatten the mixture with the back of a spoon.
    Sprinkle the reserved candy bars on the top.
    Place a sheet of wax paper over the top and press down slightly to set the candy into the ice cream.
    Place in the freezer and allow it to harden for at least 3 - 4 hours before serving.
    Makes 1 cake.
