    Vanilla Ice Cream #2, Old Fashion

    6 eggs
    4 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
    3 cups sugar
    2 Tbls. vanilla
    1/2 teas. salt
    2 quarts whole milk

    Beat eggs until very light. Gradually add sugar and salt. Beat until
    mixed add vanilla, cream, and mix well. Add milk mix and pour into
    freezer can. Makes 6 quarts.
