    Watermelon Ice Cream

    Mix all ingredients together in a blender:
    2 cups watermelon puree
    3 eggs
    4 cups milk
    1 cup sugar
    dash of salt

    Use ice cream freezer to finish.
    Makes 1/2 gallon.
