Gelatin Fig Jam

List of Ingredients
3 c. mashed figs
2 3oz. pkgs. flavored gelatin
3 c. sugarRecipe
Place ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and continue to cook for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring often so it does not stick.
Pour in clean, hot jars, leaving 1/4" space at top, seal and hot water bath for 5 minutes.
(May use the same day, after cooling if do not want to can.)
