    3 c. chopped kiwi
    1 packet pectin
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    4 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Combine the kiwi, pectin and pineapple juice in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
    Return to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Skim any foam from the top, if necessary.
    Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/4" space at top.
    Seal and hot water bath for 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 half pints.
