Root Beer Jelly

Recipe Introduction


Enjoy your root beer Jelly on toast or with some peanut butter.


List of Ingredients




1 c. root beer soda pop
...(or you can use a cola, cream or other soda pop)
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 3oz. packet liquid pectin

Recipe



Combine the root beer, sugar and water.
Heat to boiling stirring to dissolve sugar.
Add the pectin.
Stir constantly and bring to a boil again.
Boil hard for 30 seconds.
Ladle into clean hot jars and process for 5 minutes in a
boiling water bath canner.
