3 c. water
1 tbsp. walnut extract
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. Suregell
5 c. sugar
1 c. powdered/ground walnutsRecipe
Put water, extract, lemon juice and Surejell in a pan. Bring to a rolling boil.
All at once add the sugar and stir in to dissolve.
Bring back up to a boil and boil hard for 2 minutes.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour into hot clean jars and water process for 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 - 1/2 pint jars.
