    Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix

    1/3 c. light brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. powdered vanilla
    1/4 c. powdered cocoa
    2 1/2 c. non fat powdered milk

    Recipe



    Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar.
    Combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
    Pour into the jar, packing firmly. Seal and decorate
    jar, and attach recipe tag.

    Mexican Hot Chocolate
    Place 2 - 4 heaping tbsp. of mix into a mug. Pour in
    3/4 c. boiling water and stir well. Enjoy.
