    List of Ingredients




    Black + White Chipper Cookie Mix

    1/3 c sugar
    1/3 c packed brown sugar
    1/3 c quick oats
    2/3 c flour mixed with 1 tsp baking powder
    2Tbsp chopped pecans
    2Tbsp M&M's
    1/3 c rice krispies
    1/4 c chocolate chips
    1/4 c white chips

    Layer ingredients in order given in a 1 pint wide mouth Ball canning jar,
    using your hand when necessary to level. Press all firmly to fit. Mixture
    will just fill jar. Place lid on and add recipe card with instructions.

    Black + White Chipper Cookies

    You will need:
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. butter flavor shortening

    Place the cookie mix into a large bowl, and blend stir until
    blended. Add egg shortening to mix. Shape dough into walnut size balls. Place 2" apart on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for
    10 - 12 minutes. Makes 24 cookies.
