Dip/Dressing - Salsa Mix

List of Ingredients




Salsa Mix

1 1/2 c. dried cilantro
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. dried chopped onion
1/4 c. dried red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Use a one quart, wide-mouth canning jar.
Combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
Pour into the jar and pack firmly. Seal and decorate,
and attach recipe tag.

Salsa

You will need:
1 16oz. can tomatoes with green chiles
2 tbsps. salsa mix
Mix the tomatoes and salsa mix together, blending well.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Salsa Spread

You will need:
1 c. softened cream cheese
2 tbsps. salsa mix
Mix together the cream cheese and salsa mix. Spread
on crackers and enjoy!
