Coconut Cream Pudding Mix

3 cups nonfat dry milk
4 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 cups cornstarch
1 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp. coconut extract

Mix the dry milk, sugar, and cornstarch together.
Mix the extract and the shredded coconut in a small bowl until the extract
is absorbed.
Add the coconut to the other mixed ingredients and store in airtight
container.
Attach recipe card to container.

Coconut Cream Pudding

You will need:
2/3 c. mix
2 c. milk

Add the mix to the milk.
Heat and stir constantly while boiling.
Cool, then serve.
