Lamb - Barbequed Lamb

List of Ingredients
2 slices chopped bacon
2 tablespoons butter
1 chopped onion
3 1/2 - 4 pounds lamb, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 c. flour
1, 6 ounce can tomato paste
1 1/2 cups chicken bullion
1 tespoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tespoon dry powdered mustard
Recipe
Wipe lamb with damp cloth.
Heat butter in a dutch kettle type pan.
Add onion and bacon and saute until golden brown.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Roll lamb in flour and brown in remaining fat in pan.
Return onion and bacon to pan.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from stove top. Cover.
Bake at 350 oven for about 2 hours or until lamb is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
