    Lamb - Chinese Lamb

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds lamb meat
    4 cloves crushed garlic
    4 minced scallions
    4 tablespoons soy sauce
    4 tablespoons peanut butter or soy paste (or tahini?)
    4 tablespoons black currant jam or sweet soy jam
    2 teaspoons jarred chili sauce or Chinese chili sauce
    2 teaspoons sesame oil
    beaten raw eggs

    Recipe

    Dip meat into egg, then into the seasonings.
    Either bake on a pan coated with non stick cooking spray
    or fry in a pan.
    Serve with bread and salad.
    Makes 4 servings.
