    Veal - German Veal + Dill Sauce

    Recipe Introduction

    Serve with rice.

    List of Ingredients

    3 pounds diced veal
    chopped soup greens
    1 chopped onion
    stock to cover
    salt
    pepper
    cream or half + half
    fresh dill
    lemon juice
    flour and butter

    Recipe

    Braise and season veal, onion and soup greens with
    salt and pepper.
    Cover with stock and simmer until meat is tender.
    Drain meat and vegetables.
    Pour into serving dish and keep warm.
    Thicken the stock with the flour.
    Season to your taste.
    Stir in the cream, dill and lemon juice.
    Pour sauce over meat and vegetables.
