Lamb - Lamb Chops, baked w/Rice + gravy
1 1/2 cups rice (not instant)
3 1/3 cups beef bouillion
2 large onions, sliced and separated into rings
6 to 8 lamb chops
garlic powder
1 small jar prepared brown gravy
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place rice and bouillon in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
Place whole slices of onion on top of rice.
Place chops on top of rice.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Pour gravy over top.
Bake 1 hour.
