2 pounds cooked lamb
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
12 strips bacon
Recipe
Dice the lamb and season with salt and pepper.
Shape into 12 flat cakes.
Place a strip of bacon around each cake, securing with a toothpick.
Arrange on a greased broiling pan.
Broil for 10 minutes.
Turn and cook the other side for 10 more minutes.
Serve immediately.
