6 boneless veal steaks or veal fillets, (1 1/2 pounds)
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk, (reserve half)
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
1 small can mushroom pieces
Mix together flour, salt, pepper. Mix mushrooms with spaghetti sauce.
Dip veal in 1/2 of evaporated milk and then in dry mixture to coat evenly.
Place in a greased baking dish.Bakeat 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the other 1/2 of the milk with the cheese. It will
look like a thick paste. When the meat is done, our the spaghetti sauce
on top and put dallops of the cheese mixture on top of that. Bake for
another 20 minutes. Makes 4 - 6 servings. Serve with pasta.
