Barbeque #2, tomatoless (50/60)
15 pounds lean ground beef
5, 10.5 ounce cans condensed French onion soup
7 1/2 soup cans water
2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 1/4 cups white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Use a Dutch oven type pan to saute beef and bell pepper
together.Drain fat. Cook in batches if necessary.
Place in a stockpot type pot and add the remaining
ingredients. Mix well. Simmer for at least 25/30 minutes,
stirring occassionaly.
Makes 50/60 servings.
