Beef Stroganoff Pierogies, ( 48 )
168 each Giorgio Potato & Cheddar Cheese Pierogies,
cooked 4 minutes
20 pounds beef round, cut into strips
16 medium onions, cut into thin rings
8, 10 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
8, 10 ounce cans French onion soup
8 cups sour cream
Brown beef with onion, drain off the excess fat.
Stir in soups and one can of water. Mix well.
Simmer on low heat for 25 minutes or until beef is tender,
stirring occasionally.
Add sour cream and mix. Turn off heat.
Serve over hot buttered Pierogies.
Yield: 48 servings
