Broccoli w/Rice Casserole (65)

10 pounds frozen broccoli florets, uncooked
...may need to cut larger pieces
10 cups, rice, partially cooked
2, (50 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
1, (50 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1, (50 ounce) can chicken broth
3 pounds sliced or shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

Spread broccoli in roaster, steam table pans or casseroles.
Sprinkle rice over top.
Mix soups and broth together and spread on rice.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and bake for 1 hour 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake until top is lightly browned, about 20 mins.
(Total of 2 hours baking time.)
Makes 65 servings.
