192 Giorgio Mini Pierogies (any style)
16 cups Vegetable or chicken stock
9 cups Carrots, chopped
8 each Medium Onions, chopped
8 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
Heat stock to boiling.
Add carrots and onion and cook 3 minutes.
Add pierogies and parsley and boil 8 more minutes until done.
Yield: 48 servngs
Add some cut up cooked chicken for a meatier flavor.
