Glazed Carrots (45)
3 cups granulated white sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter, (Not margarine or oleo)
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon salt
12 pounds baby carrots, or sliced - cooked tender
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 min.utes,
stirring occassionally.
Place carrots in 2, 9x13 baking pans.
Pour mixture over carrots.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 30 - 40 minutes,
until heated through.
Makes 45 servings.
