    Hot Cocoa, ( 50 )

    2 cups granulated white sugar
    1 1/2 cups powdered baking cocoa
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 quart warm water
    1 quart boiling water
    2 gallons hot milk

    In a large kettle, combine, sugar, cocoa,
    salt and warm water; mix well.
    Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes.
    Remove from the heat; stir in hot milk.
