    Lasagna Soup, ( 50 )

    List of Ingredients

    14 1/2 pounds radiatore pasta, (like rigatoni or similar)
    3, 50 ounce cans condensed tomato soup
    3, 50 ounce soup cans water
    2 pounds cooked ground beef
    1 1/2 pounds whipped cottage cheese
    2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
    4 tablespoons garlic powder
    2, 1 pound cans diced tomatoes,
    1 pound jar roasted red peppers, drained
    50 pieces sliced garlic bread

    Cook pasta al dente to package directions.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Place in a covered container and refrigerate at 40 degrees or lower.
    In large saucepot mix the soup and water.
    Add the beef, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, tomatoes and peppers.
    Heat until the internal temperature of beef is 155 degrees F or higher for 15 seconds, stirring often.
    Add the pasta and basil.
    Serve with garlic bread.
    Makes 50, 1 cup servings.
