Oven Fried Chicken, ( 50 )
4 cups flour
4 cups non-fat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons black pepper
50 chicken quarters
OR
100 breasts and thighs
1 pound butter, melted
Grease several baking sheets and set aside.
In a large bowl mix the flour, milk and seasonings.
Dredge the chicken with the seasoned flour.
Place in a single layer on the baking sheets.
Brush with the melted butter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the chicken is brown
and the juices run clear.
