Pierogie Caesar Salad, ( 16 )
40 each Giorgio Mini Potato & Onion Pierogies,
cooked 4 minutes and cooled.
2 heads Romaine lettuce, washed and cut into bite sized pieces
2, 12 ounce bottles Caesar style dressing
4 cups Seasoned Croutons
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pierogies, lettuce, croutons, and
cheese.
Pour dressing on top, and mix well until all ingredients are coated.
Refrigerate 10-15 minutes before serving to let marinate.
Yield: 16 servings
