Pierogie Shepherds Pie, ( 24 )
72 each Giorgio Potato & Cheddar Cheese Pierogies,
cooked 3 minutes
4 pounds Ground Beef
1 1/2 cups chopped Onions
4, 10 ounce cans Cream of Celery Soup
4, 10 ounce cans Tomato Soup
4 pounds your favorite frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
4 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
Brown ground beef with onion, drain off the excess fat;
Add vegetables and cook 10 minutes or until mixture is heated.
Pour in soups(do not add water to soups), stir to mix all ingredients well.
Pour into baking dish.
Cover with cooked pierogies.
Cover dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Uncover dish and
top with grated cheese, back 2 minutes to melt cheese.
Yield: 24 servings
