Pineapple Stuffing, (80)
40 eggs
13 pounds unsweetened crushed pineapple
6 1/2 pounds sugar
3 3/4 cups unsalted butter, melted
5 3/4 pounds sliced bread, cut into bite sized pieces
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except bread, and mix thoroughly.
Add bread pieces, and mix until bread is covered.
Pour into a buttered 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Bake 1 hour.
Makes 80 servings.
