32 pounds Fresh Pork Loin Roast, Boneless
16 pounds Sauerkraut, canned or bagged
8 cups Apple Sauce
192 Giorgio Potato & Onion Pierogies, frozen
Place pork roast fat side up in roasting pan, season with salt and pepper,
and cover.
In a 350 degree F oven, roast pork 35-40 minutes per pound or until internal
temperature is 180 degrees F.
Add sauerkraut half way through the cooking process.
Next add the apple sauce and pierogies. Cook for an additional 20-30
minutes.
To serve, slice pork and place over pierogies and sauerkraut.
Makes 48 servings.
