    Seafood Lasagna (54)

    24 lasagna noodles
    6 Tablespoons butter
    3 cups chopped onion
    3, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
    4 1/2 cups Ricotta cheese
    3 egg, beaten
    6 teaspoons dried basil
    1 1/2 teaspoon1 salt
    3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    6, 10 3/4 ounce cans cream of celery soup
    1 cup milk
    1 cup dry white wine
    3, 5 ounce can crab meat, picked over
    3 pounds cleaned/cooked shrimp
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 cups shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese

    Cook noodles al dente to package directions.
    Place 4 in the bottoms of 3, 9x13x2 inch baking pans.
    Cook onion in butter.
    Add cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.
    Spread 1/6th of mixture over noodles.
    Combine soup, milk and wine.
    Stir in crab and shrimp.
    Spoon 1/6th of mixture over cheese layer.
    Repeat all layers.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    Place in refrigerator until ready to bake.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
    Top with sharp cheese.
    Brown under broiler and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 54 servings.
