Seafood Pasta Salad ( 50 )
5 pounds imitation crab
10 pound rotini pasta
4 cups diced celery
2 cups green onion, minced
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
8 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup dill pickle relish
1 Tablespoon dried dill
1/2 cup dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Cook pasta al dente to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the
cooking process. Drain and cool.
Mix in crab, celery, onions and pepper.
Mix well.
Combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix into pasta crab mixture.
Makes 50, 6 ounce servings.
