Strawberry Fuff ( 80 )
1, 3 ounce package strawberry gelatin
2, 13 1/2 ounce containers strawberry glaze
...(can usually find this in produce section)
2 quarts buttermilk
4, 5.1 ounce packages instant vanilla pudding mix
4, 16 ounce containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 quarts fresh strawberries, sliced
additional fresh strawberries, sliced in half, optional
In a small bowl, combine gelatin and glaze and set aside.
In two large bowls, whisk 1/2 the buttermilk and 1/2 the pudding
mixes for 2 minutes or until they are slightly thickened.
Stir in the glaze mixture.
Fold in the whipped topping and sliced strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
Makes 80 servings.
