Sweet + Sour Meatballs, easy/baked, ( 48 )
20 pounds your own homemade precooked meatballs,
...or plain store bought - not with any sauce
12, 16 ounce cans jellied cranberry sauce
12, 12 ounce jars chili sauce
24 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
24 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix the cranberry and chili sauce, sugar and lemon
juice together until smooth.
Place meatballs in roasting pan and carefully mix
completely with sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or until
thoroughly heated.
Makes 48 servings.
