LowCarb - Blue Cheese Rib Eye Steaks
6 ounces crumbled good quality blue cheese
6 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 8oz. rib eye steaks
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven's broiler or your outdoor grill.
Stir together the blue cheese, butter and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
Broil or grill until done to your liking.
Spoon the cheese mixture over the steaks and return to the broiler or grill for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, just until the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
