Broccoli + Cheese Rice
1 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup fat free milk
4 oz. light Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 (10 oz) bags frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (10 oz) can reduced fat cream of celery soup
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Stir well. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
