Broiled Shrimp
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and peeled
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
4 tsp. chopped parsley
Combine olive oil, garlic and parsley.
Roll the shrimp in mixture.
Broil until pink (about 5 minutes).
Makes 4 servings.
