Hunza Diet Bread Recipe
2 c. water
1 3/4 - 2 lbs. natural buckwheat or millet flour
3/4 c. canola oil
3/4 c. Natural, unrefined sugar
1 c. honey
1 c. molasses
1/4 c. powdered Soya milk
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder, (non aluminum)
Grease and lightly four cooking pans.
Ideally use baking trays with 1" high sides.
Pour batter in the pan(s), 1/2" thick over the base.
Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
After cooking, dry the bread in the oven for 2 hours at 90degrees.
After it is cooled, tip out and cut into 2x2" squares.
Store wrapped in a cloth in a container.
Do this until all the mixture is used.
Each piece of bread is thinly spread with butter for a total of approximately 100 calories.
Plan A:
Eat 1 piece every 5 hours of the 16 hours you are awake. (3 pieces totaling 300 calories.)
This is the fastest way to loose weight...
It works faster than any high protein diet.
You have more energy and burn more calories.
The high fiber bread keeps your digestive system regular.
Your body stays healthy...a healthy body means a properly functioning metabolic system.
Plan B:
Eat 2 pieces every four hours for a total of 8 pieces, but only 800 calories. You'll feel full all day.
Plan C:
Eat a piece in the morning for breakfast and a piece 3 hours before your dinner and you will eat a whole lot less.
Plan D:
Eat a piece about 10 minutes before you eat your regular meal. You will eat about 1/4 of what you would normally eat.
If you wait longer than the 10 minutes, you won't want to eat at all.
Plan E:
Eat the bread at the end of meals that don't fill you up enough, such as low calorie meals. You eat a low calorie meal, enjoy it, then eat a piece or two of bread to fill you up. No suffering and no urge to snack.
Plan F:
Alternate plan A, B, C, and D.
It is recommended to do an alternation of the plans, but some people who just want to get the weight off as soon as possible, will just use Plan A.
Add to this bread diet a food that takes more calories to process it through your body than there is calories in it!
